These days, insurance companies have made it very difficult for dental offices to accept payment directly from them. It’s in their best interests to cause delays and confusion.
That’s why you can choose to our Smile Now payment option. This means that you can get your dental treatment completed now and then pay for it 10 days later. Since we submit your claim forms electronically, that gives your insurance company plenty of time to reimburse you (it usually takes 2-3 days) before you pay for your treatment.
