All-On-4 Might be For You If:

  • Your current teeth are a mess

  • You hate your dentures, or fear having to wear dentures one day

  • You are looking for the most permanent, comfortable, and best looking solution for replacing all of your teeth

Meet Dr. Michael Ling,
Your All-On-4 Dentist in Hamilton

Most of the patients I meet are:

  • Tired of suffering with their broken down teeth or poor fitting dentures

  • Discouraged by having to fix the same teeth over and over again, with no real improvement

  • Frustrated that they haven’t been able to find a real solution that makes them happy

Well… I’m here to give you hope. All On 4 has revolutionized the way I can help people “turn back the clock” on their bites and smiles.

Imagine LOVING the way your smile looks in photos.

Imagine being able to eat and chew anything you want.

Imagine finally being free of your old broken down teeth or dentures.

Sound too good to be true?

Here’s the catch: All On 4 won’t work for everybody.

I’ve seen way too many patients make a poor choice without doing their homework and then regret it later. It not only costs them a lot of money, but more importantly costs them time, stress, and discomfort.

If All On 4 sounds like the kind of solution you’ve been looking for, I’d like to personally invite you to an in-office visit so you and I can figure out which solution is the best balance between what you need, what you want, and what you
can afford.

How Does All-On-4 Work?

A rock solid, new smile and bite in 6 steps.
An average case takes about 8-12 months to complete.

We use scans of your teeth, bone, and face to design the size, shape, and position of your new teeth so they fit and look just the way we want. And then we 3D print a surgical guide to copy that position from the computer into your mouth.

Your natural teeth (if you have any) are removed, and 4-6 implants are placed and covered below your gums. And then a Healing Denture is fixed to those implants, so you leave with “New Teeth In A Day”. This appointment is the bulk of the work, takes approximately 3-4 hours with sedation.

The implants are left to heal for about 4 months. We will show you how to take care of your new teeth so they heal quickly. You can slowly start to introduce harder and firmer foods.

We use scans and other instruments to verify that the bone around the implants has fully healed and is ready for the next stages.

Based on what you love about your healing denture, and what you want tweaked, we can make adjustments so that it looks and feels the way you want. We then “test drive” those changes in your mouth by 3D printing a prototype. This is how we guarantee you will LOVE how the final teeth look and feel.

The Healing Denture and Smile Prototype are meant to be short-term dentures. The final denture is more durable and built to last. It’s almost like “regrowing” your old teeth back!

Are All-On-4 Dental Implants the Right Solution for You?

All-On-4 Dental Implants are the #1 choice of patient today to replace their missing teeth,
or as a permanent replacement for their old dentures.

But their is no magic bullet.

This treatment is NOT for everybody.

You might not be a good candidate for All-On-4 Dental Implants if:

  • You would rather have teeth that you need to take in and out.

  • You want the cheapest solution, or can afford only what’s covered by dental insurance.

  • You don’t have adequate space in your bite, or enough bone to support the implants.
